Growing up faster than i ever thought...

Once again i havent been on here in a couple weeks and im sorry. I just started my new position as a Casino Host and i absolutly LOVE it!.. Logan is growing up faster than i would have ever thought and he just blows my mind sometimes with the things he says and does. Everyday it seems like he is learing new words. Sorry, please, love, mommy, drew, bubba, gigi, nana, papa, chester, fish..... and i could keep going on and on but those are just some of the ones he says often :) and i should add that he learned drews name from me always yelling at him when im in the shower to get me a towel so now when he thinks its funny and copies me! (Love him!!) Here are 2 pictures of him being a total little boy @ target with my mom and I. We were trying to take pictures of him for my sister cause she was having a bad day and he always knows how to make her smile! Until next time... XO

Mommy's Little Hero...

These pictures were taken at the Childrens Museum last weekend and they are truly my favorite photos by far. I love my little fireman he brings me so much joy :)

Logan's 1st Haircut...

Today we took Logan to get his 1st haircut!! When we put him on the booster seat he busted into tears so i decided to sit him on my lap instead which didn't work at first but it sure did after we gave him some candy! Both Drew and I are really sad that he has no more curls, but his hair was starting to get so long in the back it looked like he had a mullet! I totally wasn't expecting what I did after i saw him, I almost wanted to cry cause he looked like a total "little boy" but the more i look at him the more i love it. Every time i tell him "your a cutie pie" he looks at me with a big cheesy smile :) This day will definitely be remembered and will be put in his baby book along with his first curls!

Living Desert Fun...

On Sunday Logan, myself, Michelle & Layla went to the living desert and the palm desert park, we had a BLAST! We didnt get to see too many animals this time which was sort of a bummer so we spent most of our time there in the butterfly garden, it was amazing! There were butterflies that looked like bees with black and yellow stripes, pretty blue ones, bright orange you name it they were there :) We had 1 butterfly in particular that stayed with us the entire time and wouldnt get off of us it even crawled on our nose and our hair (layla and logan loved it). After a long day at the living desert we took the kids to the park to feed the ducks. We went through 2 huge bags of bread 1/2 eaten by little miss layla LOL.. All in all it was the best sunday ever...

Im Finally Back With Tons Of Updates!...

Wow, it seems like its been a year since ive been on my blog! :) Im sorry i have been M.I.A but here is what has been going on for the last few weeks:

-Drew, Logan and I moved out of our house in Talavera and into a GORGEOUS house in La Quinta 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms perfect size for our little family. We love it and we are so glad we made the move. We are just finishing up a few last boxes and then we will be completely moved in, yaa!! Now to decorate it all over again is a whoolllee new story but i think i can manage, lol.


-One of my best friends Michelle came back home from Germany for a little over a year and i am SO thankful to have her back here i missed her so much for the 4 or 5 years she was gone. We will keep her husband Ed in our prayers while he fights for us in the army. We have been trying to spend as much time as we can together and im enjoying every split second i get with her and her daughter Layla.


-Drew turned 25!!!! woooahh and what a SURPRISE it was, i threw him a surprise birthday party @ my dads house and he was overwhelmed with joy. I had been planning this party for about a month and when the day finally came (the day after we moved lol) i felt like he already knew something about it.. Everyone arrived at 3pm and i called Drew around 3:30 and told him that my car "broke down" and he needed to come get us. After about 5 minutes of him getting upset that he had to drive all the way to my dads (15 min away) he finally came and when he walked in we all thought he was gonna have a heartattack he was so SHOCKED!.. Im so thankful to have such a wonderful husband and i am so glad i got to do something so special for him it meant the world to him and I that everyone we love showed up and drove so far to share this special day with us. THANK YOU!!!

-Logan's getting another set of bottom molars and man my poor little baby is going through some pain.. :( after these 2 break out he will have a total of 12 teeth :( he is getting so big it seems like yesterday he was getting his first little tooth. He is getting to be such a "boy" now and he has the funniest personality ever! We are so thankful to have him...
