4th of July FUN!...

This year on 4th of July we got the best SURPRISE we could of ever asked for. My sister and her boyfriend Greg were at my mom's house when we got there for a BBQ and we had NO idea they were coming. We don't get much time with them so Logan was overly excited when he saw their faces. We enjoyed a nice BBQ at one of my moms best girlfriend (Monica), went swimming and soaked up all the family time we could get. Of course we could not spend 4th of July with just one group of people so we had to meet up later with my dad at a family BBQ with the Sidhus. I decided that Logan and I would spend the more important part of the holiday together just the 2 of us. I drove him down to south west community church where we sat on the grass and got to enjoy 2 great shows all from one PERFECT seat :) We made the best of the holiday just like we always do, Logan talked about fireworks for days of course. Picture Perfect...

Logan and I had such a great time taking "Mommy and Me" photos at the La Quinta Resort.. Even though we were so TIRED we still managed to wake up early and get some great shots. I love my time with him and i can never have too many pictures of the two of us, memories like this will last FOREVER.

"Beach" Days...

Since summer is just around the corner, I have been trying to take Logan to the Esmeralda Resort at least once a week to swim and play on the beach. This time I took my friend Brit and his daughter Jenna with us, we met up with 2 other friends, Amanda and Nicole. We all had a ball, the kids were soakin up the rays and having a great time. It's always so much fun hanging out and catching up with old friends and new ones. We love the Esmeralda, so if your ever there and you see us make sure you stop and say HELLO! :)

Baby Shower Madness...

CONGRATS to Elizabeth and Richard on their soon to be baby boy! I am so glad that my family and I got to celebrate this special day with her. She is due on June 24Th, just around the corner and she is such a DOLL with her belly. It makes me miss mine! (not for reals, lol) Our parents have been great friends since as far back as i can remember so it's always nice when we all get together. Thank you to the Sidhu family for always including us on everything you guys do. We love you!

Easter 2010...

What an AWESOME Easter we had this year. We spent the whole weekend doing fun and exciting things. Logan and his friend Thron got to decorate 2 dozen eggs which they LOVED. Sunday morning we went over to my Grandparents place for a Easter egg hunt (my grandpa hid the eggs pretty good) Logan had a blast searching for EVERY single one. Sunday afternoon we went to the Desert Springs Marriott for pony rides, a petting zoo and best of all a boat ride across the lake. Logan got a new drum set, Toy Story 1 & 2, CANDY GALORE, clothes and MORE CANDY! We cant wait to celebrate next year, maybe this time we will see the Easter Bunny :)
