Rainy Days = Umbrella Fun...

Sunday's are always "mommy and me" days but today since it was raining we weren't able to do too much. We spent the morning being lazy with all the windows open, watched cartoons and made pancakes. We decided we would go over to my mom's house for the afternoon and take some fun pictures. I went on google and looked up umbrella photography and there were TONS of shots i would have love to take but unfortunately our umbrella was too big. I uploaded the pictures and added some quick touches to them and this is how they turned out. I still am in love with them all!





After we played in the rain, we were ready for lunch so i asked my mom to make us Fideo soup and of COURSE little Logan had to help out in the kitchen :)

Congratulations to Angela and Jeremy on their big day. I am so happy that I could be a part of it. The wedding was simple but gorgeous, the acent colors that she used were so pretty. I wish them all the best of luck even though i know they dont need it :) everytime you are around them their love SHINES. I hope next is a baby!!(haha, JK Ang!) Best wishes to you both!!

Home is where your story begins...

I decided to throw a house warming party this Friday, to welcome all my girlfriends into our new home. I have only been in our apartment for about 3 weeks now but I already had everything put away and some what decorated so I said what the heck!? It's not a true house warming party if your house is FULLY decorated right? We had a blast. I had all the girls bring a wine glass of their choice to the party. I went and bought a bunch of "puffy paint" and had them decorate the glasses and leave them behind as my gift :) It was the BEST idea ever, I hope I passed a good idea along. I had lots of wine, champagne, cheese, fruit and dip it was all GREAT. I even had a SCENTSY rep there since it is my favorite product. I am so thankful to have all these girls in my life, and besides a couple who couldn't make it all of you are my really TRUE FRIENDS. Thank you for blessing our home with your presence.

Jet Set Modeling...

A little update:
We finally received his Entertainment Workers Permit, which means he can start modeling now!! Yaaa :) I got his modeling card or as some of you may know it a "zed card" now all we are doing is waiting for him to get on the actual website for Jet set and a call for a audition or job :) yaaa for Logan!!!

Logan's Weekend In Bakersfield...

Logan and Daddy had such a GREAT weekend. Happy Birthday to Drew, turning 26 gee time flies. I hope you had an amazing birthday. Logan seemed so happy when we got home he ran and JUMPED in my arms, i love my little buddy. I was so thankful both him and Drew made it home safely. My lovely cousin Marie took pictures of the boys and emailed me what every picture was about.. Thanks you Marie, I LOVE YOU!

In the pictures of our fence, they were on their way to my house to play when they both saw Keoni sticking her nose out crying for them to come play with her. They thought it was hilarious and Logan kept trying to pet her.
In the band practice pictures Logan picked up the drum sticks and started playing and singing 1..2..3..4..5..1..2..3..4..5 while Ethan strummed on the guitar and sang a song about cheese (I think the cheese has to do with me following them around with the camera)
Then they were off to the trampoline. They thought it was funny to have me try and take pictures of them jumping off the trampoline, I think it has to do with them being in the air action shots =)
Logan found a water gun (with water in it) and was so bummed, he said there were no batteries hahaha. I explained it didnt need batteries and showed him how to use it, afterwards he chase Ethan and would shoot him Through the trampoline - they both were cracking up.
Lastly came the tractor pictures. It was so cute watching Ethan teach Logan how to use his Jeep and in return Logan would teach Ethan how to use his tractor. And it's always comical how kids always prefer the other person's toy - Logan loved Ethan's jeep and Ethan was more than willing to cruise in Logan's tractor, which is much faster than his jeep

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun...

What a weekend! Thank you to all my girlfriends and my sister for making this weekend one of the best. I was so sad on Friday when Logan left for bakersfield, it was my first weekend without him and i knew i needed to stay busy to get my mind off of it. My wonderful girlfriends and I went out on Friday night to Costas and had a blast. We got there at 10pm and walked in to a EMPTY club, LOL it was so funny we all looked at eachother and laughed. We didnt need a club full of people to make it fun though, all we needed were drinks and eachother's laughter! We danced the night away until about 1am and by that time we were all wipped out and ready to go home. Thank you Sam, Tiff, Marrisa and Lilly for a GREAT Friday night I love you girls.







Saturday morning i woke up at 9am (by the way that's a record i never sleep in, lol) did some things around the house, went for a walk with Brewster and made my way to Orange County to see my sister. I wasnt expecting to drive up there this weekend but Gen & Greg decided to change that ;) I had such a wonderful time seeing my sister, hanging out and being DORKS. We went to this resturant called California Shabu Shabu, it's a place where you cook yourself. It was something new and exciting since i have never been to a place like this. After dinner we went to a Irish bar that was PACKED, when i think of packed i dont think of it like this, lol im so use to the desert i guess. They had one of my sister's favorite bands playing 80's rock it was awesome. I wish that we had more places like this down here. We danced, laughed and cracked jokes ALLLLL night long. My brother in law Greg and his friend Steve are the funniest guy's ever when they are together so they had Gen and I on a roll. Sunday morning we went to breakfast and then to IKEA (where we spent like 2 hours, haha) I had a great weekend overall, i love my family and friends more than ever :)
